Discussing the Florida Bar Exam

The Florida bar exam is over, so let’s discuss the exam itself.

The tested essay subjects were: Constitutional Law/Torts, Property and Ethics, Trusts and Ethics. For the multiple choice, the subjects were Civil and Criminal, Evidence and Business Entities

Most students thought the exam was challenging.  What did you think?
